so yesterday was the last day tuudee spent time together as a class.
the minidrama - the last thing that we'll ever be working on together.
i will always remember those times we spent together.
words cannot express how much i love you guys.
you're the best class i've ever had in my life so far.i had a terrible and painful sec one life, and my sec two life is really a stark contrast to what i went through last year.

the times we went home together, laughing and making a hell of a noise in the bus.
the times we cheered for each other, like the soccer team at the games carnival.
the times we cried, laughed, teased the teachers, everything.
the boring lessons we endured.
the laugh-y mrs koh's lessons.
us begging mrs koh to let us off early for recess.
the times we comforted each other when we were down.

it still hasnt sunk in that i wont be seeing the air con classroom with its people anymore.
301204, that was the first time we met each other.
debbie and yanbing sat behind me and sel, with may in front, and ziqin and weiling behind yb and deb.
then ms jacob gave us a list of questions and to find one person who has that certain birth month, learns a third language etc etc.
i remember asking lynn what was her name and she went 'huh' or smth like that.
haha.
then we had to write our name on a piece of foolscap and everyone had to write what they thought about each other.i still have that piece of paper.

i will always remember each and everyone of you.

Yesterday was the last day of school n i'm gonna miss every single one of u!!!

Last night i sat by my bed and i thought of the many times we had together. There were times we were angry with one another. There were times we felt depressed as we did not do well. There were times we were happy with our achievements. So many memories, so many stories, yet i'm afraid to rmb them. i'm afraid i'll cry. Every student frm 2D '05 is special. every one of us is unique. we stood together as one to face all obstacles and challenges.

i promise i'll rmb all of you!

i think two dee 05 is really the most bonded class in the whole level! the minidrama was the last ever thing that we got to do as a class together, and it rocked. tuudee rocked from january till now! i think right from the very start we already knew that this class would be one of the best! remember our class values, enthusiasm and such? xD

speaking of remembering, do you people remember the very 1st time you stepped into the tuudee air con classroom? to see all the new faces surrounding you, and the teacher whom you've never met before! and do you remember the 1st time you got to see your index number, how did you feel? xD and the ice breaking session consisting of questions like "who has the same birth month as you? who studies a third language? whose parents are doctors?" and those kinds of things. rememeber when you just copied down names blindly from one another because you didn't even know each other yet? and also groups of 10, remember? then we had to form this complicated thing and untangle ourselves from it. that already showed our unity! xD every one did the thing without complaint. and also i remember when the 3rd lang girls had to come up and teach the class some words. zq taught ca va, merci, and lynn yeo hui hui taught ham-ba-ga! (hamburger) xD that was the first ever meeting of all of the 05 tuudeeians.we looked around the room, thinking to ourselves : "hey, i'm going to be with these people for a whole year! how am i ever gonna survive! oh hey that girl over there looks unfriendly."

but we survived. not only survived, we were one of the BEST there ever was! everything through the whole year we had to do, we did together. we sat through countless hours of boring lessons together. we tolerated the good teachers and the bad teachers together! we poked fun at them and engaged in heated discussion over them. we listened to all the exact same words that the teachers spoke. we had to learn at the same pace as everyone else. we did the same homework assignments, and handed them up as a whole class. we moaned and groaned together about all the things we had to do, and the same deadlines we had to meet. we laughed at the same jokes our teachers made, and also at all the creative presentations we all had to do. we took part in the same competitions together, and won together. all through the year we have cheered loudly together as a whole class, and have screamed our lungs out supporting the events that we took part in together. we suffered together, laughed together, cried together, as A WHOLE CLASS.

and that's what makes us so great. the fact that everybody contributes her part to making tuudee as great a class as can be, and is enthusiastic about every single thing that makes tuudee who she is. that we have classmates who are willing to be a part of this fantastic class. and that we ourselves are willing to be happy in this great place.

all of us have changed a lot in this year. some became more open, some laughed more, some became more emotional. BUT, we all have one common change. we have matured. through this eventful year, we have grown to see better the world as it is, and we have all done it together. tuudee will forever change our lives, and our lives will be steered in a better course because we have all known tuudee.

on the first day of school, we came, saw, and conquered. now on the last day, we now look sadly at all things around us in the classroom, the place where we have come to know and love. the table that we sat at, and the place where you achieved impossible things. hugs are exchanged, tears fall, and everyone sits down and reflects what had made this year so good. and we cry, because we remember all the things that we have had fun in doing, things that have caused us to be happy as we have never been before, and these things which will never happen again. we look fondly back at all the memories we shared, all things good. and we know that we might never be this happy again.

my primary school friend actually wrote this poem :

petals detached from flowers,
and flowers from trees.
one by one they fluttered down gracefully in front of me.
as of memories scattered everywhere,
those memories, just too many to share.
the joy, the sorrow, all in my memory,
heaped like the mountains so high and mighty.

cheeks as rosy as cherrries
eyes glistening in the forenoon.
bouncing eagerly,
we skipped to school merrily
happily waiting for the beautiful day to unfold.
all eyes would fall upon the teacher attentively
who was really teaching most seriously.
once in a while,
pranks sprang up from us mischievously
here and there, some would chuckle cheekily.

aye, the jovial, the quiet and the playful ones
so many of them
were all my friends.
how i long to be reunited with them.
to laugh, to play, or even cry with them.

so many memories
i have.
so many memories
i won't forget.

this truly applies to tuudee 05.
